AAJI Mobile-Exam is an application that can be used by anyone who wants to register as a prospective life insurance agent and to take the AAJI certification exam at their convenience.

• FAQ:
• Q: Is it difficult to upload a photo of my ID?
• A: Our application uses an AI-based ID detection system to filter and validate the ID photos of prospective agents participating in the exam. The information on the ID, such as the ID number and other details, should be clearly visible (not blurry, not dark, and not covered by stains/scratches) for successful processing by our system. Additionally, there is a data filtering process that cross-references ID numbers with previous registrants. If your ID number has been registered before, or if you have been registered with an insurance company previously, please contact the company where you previously registered for data validation.
• Q: What should I do if the ID number displayed after uploading the photo of my ID is incorrect?
• A: You can contact the company where you registered to request a data correction.
• Q: What is a unique code?
• A: A unique code is a code sent via SMS to agents who have previously taken exams with AAJI using other methods (paper/CBT) and wish to reattempt the exam using the mobile method.
• Q: When and how can I obtain a unique code?
• A: The unique code will be sent via SMS once your registration with the target company has been approved. If you register and a unique code request appears when uploading your ID photo, please contact the company where you were previously registered to ensure your data can be processed.
• Q: What if I entered the wrong company name I wish to apply for?
• A: If the company does not process your data, you can wait for 3 days to change the company you wish to apply for via the 'Change Target Company' option in the side menu of the application. If your data has already been processed by the company and they have contacted you, please confirm with them so your data can be deleted/rejected, allowing you to re-register on the application.
• Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
• A: To reset your password, go to the 'Forgot Password' menu where we provide three options for resetting your password.
• Q: I registered through this application. When will my exam take place?
• A: The exam will be scheduled after the company where you registered contacts you and approves your data for examination through our website.
• Q: Does the application frequently hang?
• A: Ensure that you are using an Android device with the recommended OS version of 7.0 (Nougat) and functioning front and back cameras. Additionally, check for network availability in your location as our application continuously communicates with the server.
• Q: What should I do if there are server issues while I am taking the exam?
• A:You can request a re-examination from the company where you registered by providing a screenshot or video recording indicating server issues. We will process a re-examination free of charge.
• Q: What does 'existing registrant' mean?
• If your ID number has been utilized on another account.
  If you have two accounts with different phone numbers, please use only one account as we do not delete accounts. If you forget your password, utilize the 'Forgot Password' feature. If your phone number changes, use the 'Change Phone Number' feature available post-login. To request data corrections, contact the registering company after they have contacted you.</il>
